Kaye Maguire

Kaye Maguire is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at PageGroup since September 2018, Kaye previously held the position of Chief Resourcing & Legal Officer at Legal & General Investment Management from January 2017 to August 2018. Prior to that, Kaye was the Head of Legal at Legal & General, a role held from June 2009 to January 2017. Kaye holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law from the University of Glasgow.
