Larissa Costa

Larissa Costa is a Technology Adoption Senior Specialist at PageGroup since March 2021, where responsibilities include driving technology adoption strategies and enhancing user experiences with Salesforce in Latin America and North America. Larissa’s previous roles at PageGroup involved developing Change Management strategies, leading the successful launch of the Global Onboarding program in Latin America, and managing comprehensive training for new joiners. Early experience includes internships in psychology and human resources at Grupo NotreDame Intermédica and LESCHACO, respectively, and an HR internship at Parker Hannifin. Larissa holds a degree in Psychology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and completed an English language course at Eurocentres.
