Miguel Carugati

Miguel Carugati is an experienced professional with a career spanning over 19 years in management and finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at PageGroup since December 2007, Miguel also holds the role of Executive Director at Michael Page in Argentina, where responsibilities have included positions such as Director for Michael Page & Page Personnel and Executive Manager for Page Personnel. Prior to joining PageGroup, Miguel worked at Philip Morris International as a Project Specialist for the Latin & Central America Region and gained experience as a Senior Accountant at ExxonMobil's US refinery. Miguel holds a degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge (2023) and previously earned degrees in Project Management and Finance from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina as well as a bachelor's degree from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata.
