Pink L. has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Senior People and Culture Partner for Enterprise Solutions at PageGroup across EMEA & APAC since July 2021. In this capacity, Pink L. partners with business leaders to align people objectives with business strategies and works closely with the Global Head of HR. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong and Taiwan, where Pink L. contributed to regional HR strategy and employer branding, and General Manager of People Experience at HK Express, focusing on HR consultancy and strategic partnerships with management. Additional experience includes leadership positions in talent acquisition and employee development at Hong Kong Airlines and HR roles at Lowe's Companies and Emerson. Pink L. holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a People Analytics Certification from AIHR.
