Stefanie Lotz has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, particularly within PageGroup, where roles have included Talent Development Business Partner for Europe and multiple other positions focusing on change management and training across various European regions. Prior to this, Stefanie held various positions such as Consultant and Resourcing Specialist at Page Personnel and worked as a German Teacher at Tutordidact. Experience also includes leadership in international HR operations at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search, project management in event planning for topteam GmbH, and freelance work as a music agent and translator. Stefanie holds dual Master's degrees in Romance Studies and Economics & Business Administration from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and a Master’s in Spanish Philology from Universidad de Zaragoza.
