Niko Everett is an experienced leader in corporate philanthropy and social impact, currently serving as a Strategy Consultant at Zillow, where responsibilities include developing social impact pilot programs to enhance access to homeownership for underrepresented communities. Previously, at PagerDuty, Niko was a Principal Strategic Advisor focused on philanthropy strategies and equitable grantmaking initiatives. Niko has also held significant roles at Twilio, where a Theory of Change business model was developed, and at Zoom, where the first corporate social impact program was launched during the pandemic.
