Rathi Murthy

Ms. Murthy has served on our board of directors since March 2019. Ms. Murthy has served as Chief Technology Officer at Gap Inc., a clothing and accessories retailer since March 2016. From September 2012 to March 2016, Ms. Murthy served in various roles at American Express Company, a multinational financial services company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Growth from January 2015 to March 2016 and Vice President, Technology from September 2012 to January 2015. Ms. Murthy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
