Ryan Portner

Ryan Portner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and learning strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Enablement Platforms & Learning Strategy at PagerDuty since July 2023, Portner previously held roles at HashiCorp as Team Lead & Sales Enablement Manager for Enterprise & Globals and at Confluent as Senior Sales Productivity Program Manager. Prior experience includes Global Sales Enablement Program Manager and Learning and Development Consultant positions at Red Hat, as well as various roles in learning experience management and training at SignalPath, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Wells Fargo. Portner holds a Master of Education in Workforce Development and Training from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from James Madison University.
