Benjamin Dupont is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Currently serving as Head Of UX at PagesJaunes since January 2013, Benjamin oversees the UX, UI, and testing of digital and connected services, contributing to one of France's top 15 most visited websites with 21 million unique monthly visitors. Prior to this role, Benjamin held several positions at PagesJaunes, including Responsible UX for Mobile Services, achieving over 10 million unique monthly visitors. With additional expertise gained from previous roles across various companies, including Alcatel and Microsoft, Benjamin has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing user engagement and interface design. A graduate of CREAPOLE with a master's degree in communication and graphic design, Benjamin combines educational knowledge with over two decades of practical experience in the field.
