Areli Raquel Martinez Aguilar is a professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and project management, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement and Project Manager at CHEP since April 2020. Areli has held various roles within CHEP, including Team Leader HRSS CEE and HR Coordinator for the DACH region. Prior experience includes a Marketing and E-commerce Internship at Virginic™, where responsibilities included social media strategy, content creation, and market research. Areli began career development with an internship at Hamberger Flooring GmbH & Co. Kg, focused on client order processing and customer service for Spanish-speaking markets. Areli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and is currently participating in an Erasmus exchange program at Kozminski University since 2018.
