Everett O'Neal has over two decades of experience in consulting, currently serving as a Managing Consultant at PSP since 1999. O'Neal also held a position as a Consultant with the Government of the Virgin Islands from 2012 to 2013. O'Neal’s educational background includes studies at American University from 1986 to 1988.
