Aaron Hardy

Aaron Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. At PageUp, they recently held the position of VP Product, overseeing the development of a unified talent management SaaS solution. Prior to this, they served as Product Lead, VP Asia, and VP Operations & Strategy - Asia, demonstrating their leadership capability and strategic acumen. Aaron also worked as a Senior Product Strategy Manager, where they focused on optimizing multinational workforce strategies. Earlier in their career, they held the roles of Senior Solutions Engineer and Product Manager, where they showcased their technical expertise and ability to drive innovation. Prior to joining PageUp, Aaron worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Stratel Pty Ltd.

Aaron Hardy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts (Computer Science) from Harvard Extension School, graduating in 2018. In 2020, they enrolled in The University of Edinburgh and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Epistemology, Ethics and Mind. Additionally, Aaron has obtained several certifications, including "Ethics and Law in Data Analytics" from LinkedIn, "LFS112x: Ethics in AI and Big Data" from The Linux Foundation, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate" from Microsoft, "Machine Reasoning" from the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft, and "RPA and IPA - Strategy and Management" from the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore.
