Jennifer Lord's work experience begins in 2007, when they worked at Searson Buck as an Employee Development Project Support Officer. In 2007, they also joined Federal Group as a Recruitment Administrator/Recruitment Consultant and later became a Group HR Administrator.

In 2010, Jennifer joined Treasury Wine Estates as a Sourcing Consultant, where they focused on attracting top talent in supply chain, logistics, engineering, and hospitality. Jennifer was also responsible for managing the Recruitment Management System.

From 2012 to 2022, Jennifer worked at PageUp, starting as an Optimisation and Solution Consultant. Jennifer then became a Client Services Manager in the AU & Asia region and eventually took on the role of Head of Customer Success for AU & Asia. Subsequently, they became the Head of Client Services and Operations for North America.

Jennifer's most recent position is with Clinch, where they currently serve as the Head of Client Services and Operations for North America. In this role, they lead the Customer Success organization and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and referenceability.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has developed skills in customer success, business process improvement, HR consulting, and tech implementation.

Jennifer Lord obtained their Bachelor's degree in BA BCom, specializing in Human Resources and Indonesian, from the University of Tasmania. Jennifer attended the university from 2004 to 2007.
