Jon Limjap has extensive work experience in the software development and technology industry. Jon started their career in 2014 as a Technical Specialist Team Lead at Provoke Solutions, where they led and revitalized the company's consulting and delivery group. Jon then served as a Senior Software Architect at BeamAndGo Pte Ltd, working on improving user experience and integration with merchants.

In 2015, Jon became the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Nomad Travlr Inc., a software development startup specializing in travel and tourism systems. Jon was responsible for the technology selection, software architecture, and team leadership.

Jon also worked as a Consultant at Ascendant Technologies Inc. and Gruff International Asia in 2016, where they provided expertise and guidance in software development and architecture. Jon was also incubated by FasterCapital in 2016 for their startup Nomad Travlr Inc.

In 2017, Jon joined Sprout Solutions as a Software Architecture Consultant, where they led the Engineering group and drove the adoption of best practices in agile, source control, continuous integration, and test automation. Jon also developed a roadmap for migrating a legacy web app to a distributed systems architecture.

Jon's involvement in the industry continued in 2017 when they became a Technical Council Member at Philippine Software Industry Association. Jon also served as a Consultant at PageUp and a Community Lead at Philippine .NET Users Group.

Currently, Jon holds the position of Principal Developer at PageUp, where they are an individual contributor and senior team member. Jon focuses on improving legacy applications and developing new solutions with modern cloud services and distributed systems design.

Jon Limjap completed their high school education at Philippine Science High School from 1993 to 1997. Jon then pursued a bachelor's degree in Physics at De La Salle University from 1997 to 2002. Furthermore, they obtained certifications such as MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MS: Programming in C# from Microsoft in March 2015.
