Atulya Pandey has a varied work experience in the field of design, technology, and business. Atulya began their career in 2012 as a Business Intern at Drishtee, where they focused on developing business models for various products and providing support to entrepreneurs. In the same year, they also co-founded Thousand Overnight.

In 2012, Atulya joined PMB Creative as the Head of Client Relations and Marketing. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in managing client relationships and implementing marketing strategies.

In 2012, Atulya co-founded Pagevamp, a platform that enables small businesses to create professional websites quickly and easily. As the Co-founder and COO, they oversaw the development and implementation of unique automated technology that leveraged a business's Facebook page to streamline website creation and updates.
