Sujan Shrestha started their work experience in 2011 as a Sr. PHP Developer and Team Leader at AM Nepal. sujan was responsible for line management and personal development of the team, developing a strategy, and monitoring team members' skills and performance. In 2014, they became the Executive Director at Digital Agency Catmandu, where they worked until 2017. sujan then joined Pagevamp as an Engineering Manager, where they analyzed requirements, created roadmaps, and led a team of engineers to solve business critical problems. In 2019, they joined Ruca as the Head of Engineering. Currently, Sujan is the CTO & Founder of Outside, an impact-driven digital agency and startup studio based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Sujan Shrestha began their education in 1992 at Lalitpur Secondary Boarding School, where they completed their Lower Secondary Level studies and received their SLC degree in 2001. Following this, they attended United Academy from 2002 to 2004, where they completed their Higher Secondary Level education and obtained a +2 degree. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they attended Purbanchal University, where they studied Computer Engineering and earned their Bachelor's degree in that field.
