Prior to this role, Michael served as a Customer Success Manager at JPS Graphics Corporation from June 1999 to April 2023, where expertise was applied in assisting National Training & Education Professionals in the development, management, and deployment of tactile solutions through print. Michael's career began as a Production Supervisor at CopyMax from March 1997 to May 1999.
