Evgeny Ukhanov

Evgeny Ukhanov has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Evgeny currently holds the position of Senior Rust Blockchain Engineer at Near Inc, where they are involved in the development of Aurora, an Ethereum-compatible network designed to improve scalability and reduce transaction costs. Prior to this, they worked as a Solution Architect at MEDSTAR SOLUTIONS LLC, contributing their expertise in the field. Evgeny also served as a System Architect & Tech Lead (Rust) at Decracy, a Senior Rust/Go blockchain platform engineer at 482.solutions, and a Senior Rust developer at the R&D department of Bitfury. Evgeny's roles in these companies primarily focused on blockchain development, tokenomics research, mathematical modeling, and private blockchain development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Go developer at Synergetica and held various positions in web development at Opinion Corp, daYoga.ru, and Medirocket LLC. Overall, Evgeny Ukhanov has extensive experience in blockchain engineering, web development, and technology architecture.

Evgeny Ukhanov pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 1999 and ending in 2010. Evgeny first attended the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Magister degree in Control Systems of spacecrafts. Following that, they continued their academic journey at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Social Philosophy and Philosophy of History from 2005 to 2010.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Evgeny Ukhanov also obtained a certification as a Certified Blockchain Solution Architect (BTA CBSA) from the Blockchain Training Alliance in May 2020.
