Kevin Kelly, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Kevin began their career as a Clinical & Consulting Psychologist in 1976, where they practiced clinical psychology in inpatient and outpatient settings. During this time, they developed programs for psychiatric hospitals, conducted staff training, and wrote patient and staff manuals. In addition, Kevin provided consulting services to management in corporations, helping them reduce turnover and increase employee retention.

In 2011, Kevin took on the role of Producer/Director for the film "Eighty Years Through the Lens - The Life and Work of George T. Henry". Kevin successfully raised over $20,000 for the film and coordinated the shooting schedule with associates of George Henry. Kevin traveled to different locations, including Cedar Rapids and the Vince Shute Wilderness Preserve in northern Minnesota, to capture footage for the film.

Since 2018, Kevin has been the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Pagosa Springs Medical Center. Leading a team of four clinicians, they collaborate with eight primary care medical providers to address health-related behaviors and conditions. Kevin has also founded and directs the Healthy Brain Program, which is the first and only interdisciplinary program of its kind in Colorado.

Kevin Kelly, Ph.D. obtained their Ph.D. in Psychology from Alliant International University, where they studied from 1972 to 1976.
