Alijah Ladd has over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry. In 2010, they began their career as a Game Designer at IUGO Mobile Entertainment, where they were responsible for live-ops management, feature design, and UI/UX design. In 2014, they moved to BANDAI NAMCO Studios Inc. as a Lead Game Designer, developing titles for BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America and Europe, and staffing and leading 20+ developers on free-to-play projects. In 2016, they became Lead Game Designer / Producer - Games as a Service for Capcom U.S.A. In 2018, they co-founded FRAMETRAP Interactive Inc., Canada's premier indie fighting game developer, as Design Director. In 2020, they joined Ubisoft as Associate UX Director, Lead Game Designer - UX, and Design Manager, working within the design leadership team on Skull & Bones and establishing project-wide design and production processes. Alijah is currently Design Director at Pahdo Labs.
Alijah Ladd attended Vancouver Film School from 2009 to 2010 and earned a Diploma in Game Design.
