Chenelle Hale is a seasoned professional in the fields of planning and community development, currently serving as a Planning Coordinator and previously as a Land Development Administrator at Pahlisch Homes Inc. since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant and Community Development Coordinator at Deschutes County from October 2019 to October 2021, and as a Customer Experience Manager at Lithia Motors, Inc. from December 2017 to October 2019. Chenelle Hale earned a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Arizona State University between 2020 and 2022, and completed studies at Central Oregon Community College from 2014 to 2017.
