Evan Harney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, technology, and management. Currently serving as Software Development Director at Pahlisch Homes Inc. since December 2021, Evan leads the development of mobile-first applications to enhance the home buying experience. As Managing Member of Harney 4, LLC since 2006, Evan oversees critical decision-making processes related to acquisitions and property management. Previous roles include President & CEO of PadXchange, where Evan facilitated real estate brokerage innovations, and Principal Broker/Managing Director at Harcourts Beverly Hills, representing clients in high-value transactions. With a solid foundation from FTI Consulting as Director and project management experience at Sequoia Custom Homes and Marcus & Millichap, Evan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a BBA from the University of San Diego.
