Matt Nelson

Matt Nelson has extensive experience in finance and executive leadership within the real estate and development sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance at Pahlisch Homes Inc. since July 2015, Matt has significantly contributed to the company's growth. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Finance at JT Smith Companies from November 2012 to July 2015, where collaboration with VergePointe Capital focused on residential community development in the Pacific Northwest. Earlier professional experience includes roles as an Analyst at VergePointe Capital and Anthem Memory Care, focusing on private equity investments in established companies and the development of dementia care communities, respectively. Matt holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BS in Physical Science from Biola University.
