Sylvia Ta has extensive experience in digital marketing and customer experience operations. Sylvia began their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate/Cashier at Aritzia. Sylvia then joined Disney Interactive as a Content Creator in 2012. In 2013, Sylvia was an All Things Hair Ambassador at Unilever. From 2014-2015, they were a PR & Digital Marketing at Mejuri, an Account Manager at Media Nexus, and a Community Manager at FREE AGENCY Content Studio. Sylvia was also a Digital Marketing Consultant while freelancing from 2015-2017. In 2017, Sylvia joined #paid as Lead of Customer Experience Operations, Strategist, Analytics & Data Strategy, and Manager, Creative Strategy. In their roles, they built strategic influencer marketing solutions, identified brand's problems, opportunities, and gaps to solve, hired and managed a team, worked with teams across the company, and created marketing campaign proposals.

Sylvia Ta completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business & Marketing Management from Ryerson University and a Business Administration - Marketing program from Seneca College.
