In 2017, Sylvia joined #paid as Lead of Customer Experience Operations, Strategist, Analytics & Data Strategy, and Manager, Creative Strategy. In their roles, they built strategic influencer marketing solutions, identified brand's problems, opportunities, and gaps to solve, hired and managed a team, worked with teams across the company, and created marketing campaign proposals.
