Armen Meyer

Armen Meyer currently serves as the Head of the Consumer Financial Protection Division and Senior Deputy Commissioner at the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Board Member at VALT, an Advisor at Spring Labs, and a Venture Partner at Raido Partners. Armen Meyer has also held advisory and leadership positions with the American Fintech Council, including Chair of the Board's Public Policy Committee, and as a Board Member for several organizations, such as the GAIDZ Foundation and FairPlay AI. Additionally, Armen Meyer is a Partner at Millennia Capital and a member of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition's Innovation Council. Educational qualifications include a JD in Antitrust from Harvard Law School, an MPA in Business Regulation from the Harvard Kennedy School, a BA in Mathematics from Fordham University, and studies at Rutgers University.
