Abhijeet Pawar

Abhijeet Pawar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Abhijeet is currently the Chief Quality Officer at Paidy, where they previously held positions as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of the Program Management Office. Prior to their time at Paidy, Abhijeet worked at companies such as Mercari, Inc. as the Head of PMO and Head of Program Management, and Rakuten, where they held various roles including Global Salesforce Manager and Product Manager. Abhijeet also has experience as a founder, having started companies like LittleMaster App and HowlLoop. Abhijeet has a strong background in program management, strategy implementation, and software development.

Abhijeet Pawar obtained a diploma in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Pune in 2006. Abhijeet later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai from 2006 to 2009. In 2014, they completed a brief course in Entrepreneurship at Draper University. Abhijeet also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance (obtained in October 2019), a Salesforce Certified Developer (obtained in 2013), and passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test at Level 3 (obtained in 2010).
