Adam Casson has a diverse background in the field of AI and machine learning. Adam started their career as a Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2016, where they focused on deep learning research and developed a multimodal neural network architecture for visual question answering with videos. During this time, they also created natural language processing algorithms to generate question/answer datasets using video descriptions.

In 2017, Adam joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Machine Learning Engineer. Here, they researched Bayesian word embedding methods and temporal word embeddings for modeling semantic drift of words over time. Adam deployed word embedding models as RESTful webservices and developed machine learning pipelines to process catalogs of video assets.

Currently, Adam holds the position of Senior Software Engineer, AI at Paige, starting in June 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an AI Research Engineer at Paige from February 2019 to June 2022.
