Alexander Tsema has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Alexander most recently worked at Paige as a Staff Software Engineer, where they cultivated innovation and led cross-team architectural initiatives. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Paige, where they established engineering direction, designed the platform architecture, and promoted clean code and clean architecture philosophy. Before joining Paige, Alexander held positions at Purplebricks Group PLC as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, where they built a scrum team, optimized image processing pipelines, and implemented integrations with external portals. Alexander also worked at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Software Engineer, where they introduced innovative technologies and developed a document flow automation system. Furthermore, they owned and operated AT Web Design Studio, where they provided software development services to international clients. Additionally, Alexander worked at MAYKOR as a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented automation systems for schools, postal services, and factories. Finally, they developed a vending machine prototype and web portal for OneTwoPrint as a Software Developer and Owner.

Alexander Tsema completed their education in computer science and engineering. Alexander first earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from ITMO University in the years 2010 to 2014. Later on, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same university, with studies taking place between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they pursued a second Master's Degree in Computer Science from The City College of New York from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of certifications, Alexander acquired two from Learning Tree International. The first certification they obtained in January 2017 was titled "WCF, Web API and SignalR Services for .NET." The second certification, acquired in April 2017, was titled "Building Web Applications with Angular 2."
