Genaro J. Gutierrez, MD

Genaro J. Gutierrez, MD has worked in the medical field since 2009. Genaro J. began their career as a Surgical Internship at UTHSCSA in 2009, followed by a Resident in Anesthesiology at George Washington University Hospital in 2010. In 2013, they joined Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Fellow in Pain Medicine. Since 2014, they have been at Pain Specialists of America as a Physician, Medical Director, and member of the Clinical Advisory Board.

Genaro J. Gutierrez, MD completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Biology, Chemistry, and Classical Civilization from The University of Texas at Austin between 2001 and 2005. Genaro J. then went on to earn a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from UT Health San Antonio between 2005 and 2009. Following this, they completed an Anesthesiology Residency Program at The George Washington University between 2010 and 2013, and a Pain Medicine Residency Program at Harvard Medical School between 2013 and 2014.
