Prior to this role, Erik held positions as Partner and Associate Attorney at Douglas Eden Phillips DeRuyter & Stanyer P.S. from December 2015 to January 2019, and as Associate Attorney at Witherspoon•Kelley from November 2012 to December 2015. Erik began a career in commercial insurance and surety at Payne Financial Group, Inc. from October 2004 to August 2009. Erik earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Gonzaga University School of Law between 2010 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Montana - College of Business from 2002 to 2006. Erik is a graduate of Gonzaga Preparatory School.
