Mollie Stambovsky

Mollie Stambovsky is the current head of administration at Paine Schwartz Partners. Mollie has also worked as an in-house agency operations associate, office manager, and project manager. Mollie has a long history of being a go-getter and problem solver. At Cigna, they tracked and reported In-House Agency efficiency relative to yearly Key Performance Indicators and Annual Performance Objectives. Mollie also spear-headed the creation of operational spreadsheets for all completed projects, time/budgetary overages & agency-wide time tracking. Not only did they deliver presentations for quarterly Agency-wide Compliance meetings, but they also partnered with account and creative teams to create and deliver client-specific reports relative to the completeness of projects. Mollie was also the site-owner and main resource for the Agency SharePoint site, Project Intake Tool and Time Tracking software. Before Cigna, Mollie worked as an office manager and project manager at StoneCastle Consulting. There, they were in charge of day-to-day office operations as well as managing small to medium sized projects from start to finish.
