Stephen Padgette serves as a Managing Director of Technology at Paine Schwartz Partners, where responsibilities include managing technology interests across the portfolio and coordinating technical diligence for acquisitions, alongside board positions at several companies. Previously, Stephen held various roles at Monsanto Company, culminating as VP of R&D Investment Strategy, where Stephen focused on growth strategies in biologicals and precision agriculture, and launched a successful corporate venture capital group. Stephen's extensive background in biotechnology is highlighted by the co-invention of Roundup Ready technology.
