Tina Lawton

Tina Lawton is an experienced executive with a successful track record in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Operating Director at Paine Schwartz Partners and Non Executive Director at both Yara International and ADQ, Tina Lawton also contributes pro bono as a Business Advisor with Cranfield Trust. Prior experience includes Chief Growth Officer at Ÿnsect, where Tina Lawton was responsible for P&L management and business integration, and Global Head of Business Transformation at Syngenta, where Tina Lawton led a critical assimilation project amid an IPO process. Additional roles at Syngenta encompassed Regional President for APAC and Global Business Unit Head for Rice. Earlier in Tina Lawton's career, numerous positions at AstraZeneca included Global Product Manager and Sales and Product Manager roles.
