Will Kaplan

Will Kaplan is the current Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners. Will has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Paine Schwartz, Will was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from April 2016 to January 2020. Will also worked as an MBS Trading at Société Générale from February 2013 to March 2016 and as a Rates Sales at UBS Investment Bank from July 2012 to October 2012.

Will Kaplan's educational career began at Staples High School. Will then went on to study public policy at Duke University, where they also minored in economics and markets and management studies.

They work with Lee Allen - Associate, Spencer Swayze - Managing Director, and John Gallotta - Principal. Will Kaplan reports to Angelos Dassios, Chief Investment Officer, Managing Partner.
