Genesis Lugo

Genesis Lugo is a multi-talented artist and educator with extensive experience in both creative and instructional roles. Currently serving as a painter at Paint the Town since June 2023, Genesis organizes and leads painting events for clients. In addition, Genesis has worked as a Community Service Leader III for the City of Costa Mesa since July 2019, teaching elementary school students and assisting with COVID-19 vaccine registration. Experience as a contract artist for Ringtail Cafe Productions involved designing merchandise under tight deadlines, while freelance work included comic book artistry and animation for a children’s music video. Past roles include a comic book artist with the Youth Leadership Institute and an art teacher at ArtsBridge, focusing on engaging younger students in artistic concepts. Genesis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from California State University, Long Beach, earned in 2020.
