Ed Bradon

Ed Bradon is a founding partner at Nudge Partners, where they currently focus on integrating behavioral science with AI to assist organizations in closing behavior gaps and enhancing performance measurement. Previously, Ed held various leadership roles, including Director at The Behavioural Insights Team, where they led international initiatives and teams in Australia and the UK. They also served as Board Chair and Founder of the Ending Youth Violence Lab, which aimed to protect vulnerable children from crime. Ed's experience in strategy consulting and education from the University of Oxford further complements their expertise in behavioral science and public policy.
