Nancy Pramanand

Nancy Pramanand has five years of work experience. Nancy currently works as a Brand Content Creator and Social Content Intern at Pair Eyewear, a Content Creator at Brevitē, and a Creative Marketing and Production Intern at Sabah Shoes. Prior to these roles, they were a Freelance Videographer from 2019-2021. Nancy also held the positions of Senior Resident Assistant and Senator for Film and Media at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2019-2021. As Senator for Film and Media, they acted as a liaison between administration and the student body with an emphasis on film and media students, informed students on trends and needs related to their academics, and served on the academic affairs committee and faculty senate committee in curriculum assessment.

Nancy Pramanand has been pursuing a degree in Film and Media since 2018. Nancy obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2020 and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) in the same field, also from the Fashion Institute of Technology, which they expect to complete in 2022. In addition to their degree, Nancy has obtained two certifications: LGBTQ Safe Zone 1 Training from the Fashion Institute of Technology in August 2019 and Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Behavioral Health in August 2019.
