Philip Gordon

Philip Gordon has an extensive work experience in research and development, optics, process, and manufacturing. In 2021, they began working as the VP of Research and Development and Director of Research and Development at Pair Eyewear. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Owner/Operator at 20|10 Labs, where they provided expert advice and consultancy on metrology, optics, process, and manufacturing. During the same period, they were also the Director Color Management, Software Support, and Sales at Media One USA, LLC. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Senior R&D Manager Optics and Electronics at AGP Group, where they managed the research and development teams for optics and electronics. From 2003 to 2016, they worked at Oakley in various roles, including R&D Manager Sun Lenses, Advanced Product Development Oakley Research and Development, Concept Development Manager, and General Manager Oakley Print Lab.

Philip Gordon has an education history that spans over two decades. From 1992 to 1994, they studied Photography/ Design at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In 2013, they attended Saddleback College and studied Solidworks. From 2017 to 2018, they studied Metrology of Optical Systems at Irvine Valley College. From 2020 to 2022, they are pursuing a Photonics degree at Pasadena City College. Additionally, they are currently studying Opticianry/Ophthalmic Dispensing Optician at Irvine Valley College.
