Paul Kogan

Paul Kogan is a Staff Software Engineer at Pair Team, where they contribute to addressing the needs of high-risk Medicaid recipients through innovative care management solutions. With a robust background in software engineering and entrepreneurship, Paul previously served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at XRC Labs and co-founded Hovee, which was acquired by Ride.com. Their earlier roles include Director of Developer Evangelism at Microsoft and various engineering positions at organizations such as Deutsche Bank and The New York Times. Paul is currently pursuing a B.A. in the History of Technology at Princeton University.
