Hayden Thomas has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Hayden co-founded and is currently the CEO of Paird, a position they have held since June 2018. Hayden also serves on the boards of DH Sutherland, Ribon Gum Private Limited, Interject Data Systems, and UV Health Group. At LSI Corporation, they held several leadership roles, including CHRO and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Engenio Storage Group, and Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Engenio Storage Group. Hayden began their career at Intel Corporation, where they served as Co-Director of the Corporate Platform Office and Director of Operations, Manufacturing, and Platform Office throughout their 24 years with the company.
Hayden Thomas attended the University of Washington from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a focus on Material Science. In 1988, Thomas returned to school and enrolled at the University of Portland, earning an MBA in Business Administration in 1991.
