Andoni Arroyo has a diverse range of experience in the software development industry. Andoni began their career at Consultec S.L., where they worked as a programmer before being promoted to Project Leader. Andoni then co-founded their own company, Atrisoft Soluciones de Movilidad S.L.L., where they served as the CTO. Afterward, Arroyo worked at Ibermatica as a Project Leader and Scrum Master, leading a significant healthcare system project for the Basque government and playing a role in the company's Agile transformation.

Andoni later joined Panda Security as a Scrum Master and Software Architect, contributing to the migration of their Collective Intelligence Platform to the Azure cloud platform.
