Andoni Arroyo

Andoni Arroyo has a diverse range of experience in the software development industry. Andoni began their career at Consultec S.L., where they worked as a programmer before being promoted to Project Leader. Andoni then co-founded their own company, Atrisoft Soluciones de Movilidad S.L.L., where they served as the CTO. Afterward, Arroyo worked at Ibermatica as a Project Leader and Scrum Master, leading a significant healthcare system project for the Basque government and playing a role in the company's Agile transformation.

Andoni later joined Panda Security as a Scrum Master and Software Architect, contributing to the migration of their Collective Intelligence Platform to the Azure cloud platform. At Plain Concepts, Arroyo worked as a Full Stack Developer and Development Advisor, creating web and native applications for major companies. Andoni then moved on to Masabi as a Senior Web Developer, where they led the client team in creating a hybrid application used by transportation agencies.

Currently, they work at Paired as an Engineering Manager (Tech Lead) and Platform Architect, contributing to the development-related aspects of the company and assisting in the building of a startup from the ground up.

Andoni Arroyo completed their bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Deusto, which lasted from 1998 to 2002.
