Pairi Daiza
Lionel Croes is a professional with a diverse background in communication and project management, currently serving as Chargé de communication at Septem since April 2023 and as a Guide pédagogique at Pairi Daiza since April 2022. A longtime volunteer for the Association Solidarité Belgique Sénégal since July 2009, Lionel has held various roles including Réalisateur & Auteur and President. As an independent video director since March 2018, Lionel has also participated in the NEST'IN Montreal program, which focused on entrepreneurship and the Lean Startup approach. Previously, Lionel worked as Chargé de communication for Aide au Développement de Gembloux from 2016 to 2018 and as a coordinator for S.B.S. between July 2009 and March 2018. In addition to a communication coordination role with Délégation Wallonie Bruxelles from 2013 to 2014, Lionel holds a Master’s degree in Sociology with a specialization in Tourism Sociology from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, completed in 2013.
