Jane Tinkler has extensive experience in customer success and IT support management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Manager at PairSoft since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jane held multiple leadership positions at the University of Miami, including Executive Director of IT Support Services and Reporting, and Director of Development CRM from February 2019 to April 2022. Jane also worked at the University of Nebraska Foundation from October 1998 to January 2021, serving as Director of IT Resources and Project Management and Assistant Director of Gift Planning Stewardship. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Mary, earned between 2006 and 2009.
