Matt Cotter

Matt Cotter has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the technology industry. Matt is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Class Valuation since April 2022. Before that, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer at PairSoft from April 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Matt Cotter held the position of Executive Vice President at Altus Group from December 2018 to April 2021. Matt also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Verafin from June 2014 to April 2021.

Earlier in their career, they were the President and CEO at ExactBid, Inc. from December 2014 to July 2018. Matt Cotter also worked as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at D+H from March 2010 to November 2014.

Matt'sprevious experience includes being a Senior Vice President at HCL-Axon from September 2008 to June 2010. Matt also held the role of Senior Vice President at SAP from 2003 to 2008. Before that, they worked as a Regional Director at Legato Systems from 2002 and at i2 Technologies from 2000, both until 2003.

From 1991 to 1995, Matt Cotter attended Duke University where they earned an A.B. degree in English.
