Brian st. Aubin

Brian St. Aubin is a Computational Biologist at Pairwise since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in plant biology and genetics. Prior to this role, Brian held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Plant Biology Graduate Student at Michigan State University from August 2014 to August 2022, focusing on genetic analysis of glandular trichome development and metabolism in cultivated tomato. Additional experience includes a brief internship at 3Bar Biologics, Inc. and a position as a Biological Science Technician at USDA-ARS, where responsibilities involved genetic mapping and understanding genetic interactions affecting plant physiology and productivity. Earlier in the career, Brian worked as a service intern at Convergint Technologies and served as a Lead Electrician in the US Navy. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Plant Biology and a BS in Genetics and Plant Biology from Michigan State University and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively, alongside a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
