Maggie Gallagher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work experience in human resources. Maggie has served as the Vice President of People and Culture at Paizo Inc., where they built the HR department from scratch, focusing on creating processes that align with the company's culture and mission. Maggie was responsible for various HR functions including employee engagement, recruitment, compensation, performance management, and compliance. Prior to this, they worked as the Administrative Human Resources Director at Semmchra, overseeing HR functions for a non-profit organization. Maggie'srole involved collaborating with managers and staff to develop an HR strategy in line with the organization's values. Maggie also served as the Director of Human Resources at TLC, where they transformed the HR department into a strategic business partner. Here, they managed HR policies, procedures, and functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce engagement.
Maggie Gallagher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Montana. Maggie also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Winona State University.
