Charece Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sports marketing and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as a Board Director for Pajama Program and on the Board of Directors for UCF DeVos Sport Business Management, Charece founded Inside the Huddle, a strategic marketing firm that assists organizations and athletes with sports-related challenges. Previous roles include Vice President at Coca-Cola overseeing North America Sports, Entertainment & Influencer Marketing, Senior Director at Under Armour leading sports marketing strategies, and Brand Director at PepsiCo focusing on consumer engagement and sports partnerships. Charece's career also includes significant contributions to the National Basketball Retired Players Association and experiences at Wasserman Media Group and Disney Sports/ESPN. Charece holds a Business Management degree from North Carolina State University, an MBA in Sports Business Management from UCF, and a certificate in Broadcast Journalism from New York University.

Pajama Program
Pajama Program is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that promotes equitable access to healthy sleep so all children can thrive. Since 2001, Pajama Program has delivered over 7.5 million good nights for good days to children facing adversity by providing new pajamas, storybooks, and resources for caregivers. Pajama Program offers bedtime resources and sleep education nationwide, as well as through local programs in New York City, Atlanta, and metro-Detroit. To achieve its mission, Pajama Program relies on a national network of volunteers, generous donors, and partnerships with 4,000 community-based organizations across the United States, including Puerto Rico.
