Kashif Shabbir

Kashif Shabbir has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, holding various executive positions in different companies. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at AMZ Securities as Vice President in Investment Banking and Private Equity, where they played a significant role in Pakistan's financial markets and worked on various financial transactions. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Invest Capital Investment Bank, where they served as Senior Manager in Corporate Finance and was actively involved in deal origination and structuring. In 2011, they joined Pak Libya Holding Company as Senior Vice President, and later became the Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Commercial & SME Banking. Kashif also served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate & Investment Banking and the Head of Investment Banking. Additionally, from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Kamoke Powergen, a subsidiary of Pak Libya. Kashif'sroles included managing the company, obtaining regulatory approvals, and coordinating with government agencies. Overall, Kashif Shabbir has a strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, and power generation.

Kashif Shabbir obtained a Master of Business Economics degree with a specialization in Economics & Finance from the University of the Punjab between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce at the Hailey College of Commerce - University of Punjab, Lahore, from 1995 to 1998. Kashif also holds a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from the Government College University, Lahore, which they received from 1993 to 1995.
