Olga Ioffe

Olga Ioffe has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in quality assurance and testing roles. Olga started their career as a Software Testing Specialist at Alterna Technologies, where they executed testing for the AUROS Financial platform. Olga then worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Replicon, developing and executing test plans for web applications. At Shaw Communications, Olga served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, coordinating all aspects of the testing cycle and providing mentoring to the QA team. Olga then joined SMART Technologies as a Team Lead, overseeing process improvement initiatives and facilitating user acceptance testing. After that, Olga worked as a QA Project Lead at Husky Energy, leading the QA process for the oil and gas industry. At FGL Sports Ltd, they were the QA Governance Program & Regression Lead, setting standards and priorities for software quality assurance efforts. Olga then joined ATB Financial as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, providing a wide range of QA services and coordinating regression test execution. Olga then worked at the University of Calgary as a Senior ERP QA Lead before joining SigFig as a Senior QA Lead. Currently, Olga is the Quality Assurance Lead at PakEnergy. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in test planning, test case development, stakeholder management, and process improvement.

Olga Ioffe holds a Ms.Eng. degree in Computers & Electronics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute). Olga also obtained IT certifications including ISTQB Certificate in 2012 and ITIL Foundation Certificate in 2011.
