Mauricio Castro has a diverse education history. From 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2005 to 2006, they attended Babson College in the USA for an Advanced Management Program in the field of Management. Moving on to their Bachelor's degree, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Universidade São Judas Tadeu from 1985 to 1988. Later, in 2012 to 2013, they completed their Master's degree in Marketing at Institut d'Administration des Entreprises in France. Additionally, they obtained certifications in areas such as Corporate Governance from CELINTBRA Governança Corporativa (2022) and Leadership and Integrated Governance from CELINT - Centro de Estudos em Liderança e Governança Integrais (2021).
